Spread out and relax in our lovely six bedroom country home in rural Japan, just 30 minutes by train to the largest transport hub in Tokyo, Shinjuku station. Get the best of both worlds- away from the city, but close enough to come and go as you please. You have full access to our entire house, complete with two floors, plenty of space, and all the amenities of home. Our estate is perfect for small groups that enjoy having space, as well as large groups up to ten people sleeping and living comfortably.

CAN I CHECK IN EARLY AND/OR CHECK OUT LATE?
Usually, we cannot allow early check-ins and/or late checkouts because we need enough time to clean. However, it is possible depending on the other guests' schedule so please check with us before you arrive.
CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE?
It *may* be possible, but that is up to Endo-sans schedule. Please contact us ahead of time.
HOW DO I FIND THE TOTAL PRICE?
To get to the final price, there are four calculations to consider:
1. The daily rate for the nights you are booking (you have to check the calendar for your nights--they can be different each night)
2. The number of guests (price increases per night with each guest)
3. The cleaning fee (paid once for the entire trip)
4. The platform fee
DO I INCLUDE BABIES/CHILDREN IN THE GUEST COUNT?
Yes, for children 2 or older. If the child needs own linens or towels, then please count as an extra guest.

The apartment is 200 square meters, a fairly large house by Tokyo area standards.

Endo-san, the owner, is close by and she can meet you in case of any emergencies. Her English is limited, so we at Happy Rooms are happy to take all of your questions and inquiries online 24 hours a day. We work closely with Endo-san to make sure you have the perfect vacation at our home.
