Upstairs you will find a large open living area with huge comfy couch, large timber dining table that can seat 10, as well as a modern cooks kitchen. If you need to WFC, there's a utility corner that includes a desk, large monitor and an ergonomic stool. Surrounded by large windows, the upstairs level is bathed in light and vertical space, while the afternoon sea breeze flows through to keep everything cool. Directly off the dining area is a huge entertaining balcony with BBQ, outdoor dining table, outdoor couch and fairy lights. It's absolutely magical after dark!
The amazing master suite is also upstairs, and includes a walk-through wardrobe, glamorous ensuite with free-standing bath, his & her's basins, balcony and shower with raindrop head.
A separate toilet with wash basin serves the master suite and upstairs level.
The ground floor has another living area with large comfy couch, flat screen TV with Google TV, entry foyer with a coat rack, and access to the secure backyard. There's also a vintage 7ft pool table with striking blue felt and all the accessories. The backyard has a deck, outdoor table with market umbrella, clothes line and the most majestic, massive fig tree.
