The space
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate washroom. Towels and Linen provide by Resort. Kitchen is limited to Microwave, coffee making facilities and basic cutlery for 6. The room rate is for the room accommodation and main resort facilities only (e.g. pool,gym and water park etc.).

Guest can also take advantage of the resorts many restaurants and other optional outdoor, beach and spa activities at guest discretion and will have to be paid for separately during your stay to the resort directly.
IMPORTANT NOTE Due to its popularity, for booking reservation requires prior confirmation and a minimum 14 days advance notice from check in date. Prior to making your payments on HomeAway for this accommodation, please send me a message with your tentative dates so that I can confirm availability with the resort. Upon acceptance of your booking request, you have to provide me your personal particulars (e.g. name of main guest, Passport number and contact in order to issue you with the resort confirmation slip for check in.
A refundable security deposit of RM600/- will be payable upon checking in to the resort management. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
A tourist tax of RM10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in to the resort. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
