Summary: The hotel said they didn’t have our prepaid booking upon arrival and insisted that we had to pay again for 2 rooms, even though the booking had been made and paid for almost 12 months ago. We therefore are out of pocket as paid for one family room originally but then apparently they didn’t have any record so we had to pay again for 2 rooms.
