Summary: We stopped in Sintesa for a night on our way to Bunaken. The hotel is located conviniently near to the harbour, just 5-10min taxi and is a good point for a layover for further journey. We booked the basic room which was clean even though somewhat worn as was the rest of the hotel. The staff was attentative and reaponded quickly to few extra requests we made (bathrobe etc). We did not use ths pool are but it looked fairly nice and had we more time, would have liked to go for a swim there. Food was ok (roomservice menu has a decent range but takes time to prepare) and breakfast had a big range to choose from. Overall its def. a good value if you need to stay somewhere central as part of your journey.
