The apartment occupies the entire top floor with spectacular views and front and rear outdoor space. You will feel like you could reach out and touch the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The wonderful view of the Sydney Opera house will lull you to sleep and greet you in the mornings from the master bedroom. Designed for the entire family there is a king bed in the master and two double beds in the second room. It is located on the top floor of an older building and there are 70 stairs to climb, 4 levels.
A home that flows from inside to outside and room to room. Entertain on the rear terrace with the BBQ (please be sure to leave it clean) and sun-lounges or relax and socialise on the front terrace taking in the stupendous Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge views.
Plenty of space for the family with two double beds in the second bedroom and a King bed in the main. Will accomodate up to 6 with this configuration.
The Opera house is framed by the French doors that lead from the master to the front terrace.
A huge dine-in kitchen is fully equiped and leads to the rear terrace for extra convenience.
Off the kitchen is a lovely nook great for relaxing, reading books or watching some TV while basking in sunshine.
A large living room to relax and watch TV also leads to a cosy sofa with a spectacular outlook to the terrace and City views. There’s a massive dining table on the terrace for the balmy nights taking in the atmosphere.
Access to this magnificent apartment is by several flights of stairs, 70 stairs in total. There is no lift. You will have the entire top floor, inside and out.
There is parking for one car but it is extremely tight, especially if there is another car parked in the adjoining space. We recommend a small car as it is tight but as you will see by the photos a larger one will fit. You just may not be able to get in or out of your car!
