Las Palmeras is a six-bedroom villa with spectacular views of the mountains. It's set in a peaceful location close to Pollensa town, Golf Pollensa and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.
The villa sits on a large plot amongst a lush garden surrounded by palm trees. There is a large pond, saltwater swimming pool with waterfall, plenty of outside seating and an outdoor bathroom and shower. There is also an outside BBQ and large outdoor dining table overlooking the garden and pool, which makes it a perfect setting for enjoying the long, warm summer nights. The property is ideal for large families and groups of all ages.
The villa has six bedrooms and six bathrooms spread over ground and first floors. There are three bedrooms, a living area and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, Two of the ground floor bedrooms are en suite whilst the living room on the first floor opens onto a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. There is also a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace which has fabulous views of the surrounding area and the Tramuntana mountains.
