Summary: Great hotel and location. Paid for executive room. Booked for 3 people - 2 adults and 1 child- 14 years old. On arrival at check in hotel had room for 2 people only booked. Some sort of miscommunication between hotels.com and Tokyo Dome Hotel. Their solution- move us from high floor executive room we booked to lowest floor disabled room. No view. No compensation. No apology. Extremely disappointing.
