Positive: The location very close to transmart with many places to eat.

Negative: The size of room. It's not an apartment, it is more like hotel room. The cleanliness is average. The AC is not cool enough. No hot water and the shower can not be placed properly. When I stayed there , at our first night there were some people screaming, laughing and chatting loudly. It seems that they were drunk.

Summary: Okay, but won't come back
